I have very little cg and 3d modeling detail. But I can direct and write scripts and help as much as I can. I wanted to see if there is enough people out there that are willing to do a small 2-3 minute short halo 3 preview similar to the first trailer on ESPN last monday. If anyone is interested jus reply to this with your best work. I need between 10-20 people for this small project. Thanks alot guys, we can make this work!!!

Why create something thats already done? if you can get 10-20 people on this you guys could do something original. I admit that halo 3 trailer gets me hyped up everytime i see it lol. but still…

I wanted to show my point of view of the Halo world. But I understand what you are saying, maybe do a short 2-3 minute video of some Gears of War action… what do you guys think?

ha I dont think your going to get a lot of responses, let alone 10 to 20. Many people are way too busy to take on an UNPAID project of this magnitude…2-3 minutes similar to ESPN commercial! not gona happen buddy.

I think that if you ask people to show they’re worthy, by posting their best work like if it’s a selection, you should first prove yourself by posting yours.
I also think you posted this in the completely wrong forum, as there is a collab projects one on this site for one very good reason, which is not polluting GD.
Last but not least, I think that to top the visuals of the halo commercials and of gear of wars art direction, scriptwrite, coordinate and produce 3mins of animation with 10-20 people is definitely beyond the skillset of anybody who has to post in GD to get a team

I think it’s best to do a trailer for something that hasn’t been done before. So make one for Halo 4!

um, contrary to popular belief, the collabs are not a dumping ground.
Whoever moved this in here (another mod I assume?) didn’t read the post rules of this forum, and didn’t even bother to glance at the first posts to see this person already cross posted in here. :argh:
