What the GI and FG adds looks OK, but the main lights need to be adjusted in the “no GI” version first. There’s a lot of bounce light or something on the wall with the window. It get really bright on the bottom of the plate. I don’t think all of this light is needed to start with. Maybe there’s a light in the scene that doesn’t cast shadows but needs to?

Do you mean the light at the bottom of the right window? I’ll work more on that. Thank you.

make sure you find out why the bottom of the plate (the plate with the fruit on it) is so bright and fix that.
