Imported a mesh from zbrush into maya strange problem

Hello,
so today I decided to import a mesh from zbrush into maya so I processed it and decimated it and when he’s in maya he looks like that


I exported it in fbx
I dont know what problem is this but thats really awful

Try to unlock the normals.

and after that that’s good I’ll not have others problem? If I decide to texture it and import it in unity?
