Import & Export between 3ds Max and Zbrush pivot doesn't match


Recently I’m having problem with pivot point (or orientation)
when I Import obj or fbx from 3ds max to zbrush pivot location is at wrong place

Pivot from 3ds max originally placed at the bottom center of box

when I export the same object from zbrush (that has been imported from 3ds max)
and import to 3ds max the pivot point kept at (3ds max)original position.
The problem is for example when I want to work in symmetry I have to recenter the object manually.
And when I export moved object to 3ds max, the pivot point is at wrong place.

sorry for confusing explanation. This happened suddenly and I’m also confused to explain well.
