illustrator filters problem

Hello

Im fighting on a older version of illustrator 10. Recently Ive noticed that when I apply filter on a vector object (inner glow, round corners etc) those filters also automaticly apply on any new created shape. I dont know how to reset it cus whan i switch to simple style after applying any other colour the fiters stay on object. Where do i reset them?

In the ‘appearance’ toolbar - click the left-most button ‘New art has basic apperance’
