I struggle with curves and angles

Hi there
I’m slowely working my way to mastering anatomy and poportions but one thing still gets in the way, and it’s a big deal because a huge passion of mine is likeness portraits, and I want to be able to do them fast and on the spot someday. I still can’t seem to copy angles and curves on the face withought redoing it three or four times( profile noses and eyes are the hardest for me). I know the trick of thinking of it as a hill or mountain but it still doesn’t seem to solve it.

Does anyone have any tips or is this just something that will go away with experience?

if you notice a professional do it there’s no hesitation in his/her hand , so yes I think it’s with experience, I would suggest you keep doing it repeatedly everyday, so you’d have a “mental storage bank” that way you’d get better
