I need a little help. Any Suggestions?

Hello CG Talk,
I, Big-Italy am currently a student at the Art Institute of Indianapolis and I am currently preparing a reel for myself as a “CG Lighting and Texturing Artist.” If you would please, I would like to know what are your opinions about what I should place in my reel and how should I set it up. What are things that professionals and future employers are looking for? How would I stand out? This is my first reel so I would like to make it really good. Thank you to all who respond.
