I need a big favor!

Hello people… I need a big favor. I’m still using 6.5, I’m planning to upgrade soon, but in the mean time, I need someone with a newer version to download, import and render the following .FBX file:

this file comes from 3DS Max, it’s supposed to be a building or a few buildings, not sure since I can’t open it. Please, don’t post the render, email it to me. As soon as someone says “I’ll help” and downloads, I will remove the file from the server.
