I forgot the name of a free software that puts a reference image with transparency over all windows. I’ve seen that at the time there was no image plane in ZBrush and now I am in desperate need for a job.

I just found it!!! “Foreground Reference Utility”…
Very useful for tasks that we cannot do with ImagePlanes or Spotlight.
look under the DRAW menu,
on top next to the fill mode slide turn on >front
this will set the transparency.
if you look way below you will see buttons called like front-back
then select the MAP1 for your image
Yes, I know the new ImagePlane features of zBrush… but as I said, this utility is useful for tasks that we cannot do with buit-in features, like switch between different packages using the same reference image, with easy.
