I can't follow tutorial in MM

Hi all,

I was following the tutorial lesson 3: object-based tracking,
but when I want to import box.obj, I get an error saying :
A problem occured at line 4 while reading the object file.

What should I do ?

At the same time there are saying we should copy the tutorials folder to your project directory. Do I have to create project directory by myself or it is there by default.
