I can't choose any verticle in blender

#1

Hi,
I’m new with blender. I’m followingthis tutorial .
But i can’t choose any verticle of object so that i can edit with G key. All i can do is press A and choose all.
This is my error
When i press A to select all in Edit Mode, i press left mouse then my object became smaller and smaller.
I tried to mae new object with 2 verticles, and when i am still choose a verticle of it, i press G and then i only can move new object but can’t move the verticle with i am selecting.
Please help me.
Thanks,
Haruji.

In edit mode, pressing the ‘a’ key will act like a toggle and either select all, if no vertices are selected, or deselect any(or all) vertices that are currently selected. To move a single vertice all you need to do is select it with your mouse and then hit the ‘g’ key to move it. After selecting ‘g’ you can then select ‘x’, ‘y’, or ‘z’ to constrain the movement to one of those axes. There are a lot more you can do here but I would suggest that you take a look at Blender’s documentation here:

https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/modeling/meshes/editing/index.html

Use the right mouse button to select a vertex, unless you have the left click select enabled in the preferences. You can hold the shift key down to select multiple vertices.
