how we can control the cloth simulation of cloth in syflex.

hi folks

iam new to syflex, i tried so so much cloth simulation with syflex plugin,

I have one run cycle on this am doing skirt cloth simulation , in the starting position it’s fine once it’s start run cycle , cloth is behaving not properly.am not able to control with forces.

please see this pics give me some feed back which forces i need use,
