How to solve Biped feet sliding in in-place mode?

Hi

I downloaded 2 mocap data, and I use mixer mode and in place mode for the animation

Walking -> stand still -> Walking

My problem is that the feet sliding left and right, anyone know how can I solve that problem?

P.S. in the stand still mocap the biped does move its feet slightly

or can I turn off in-place mode for that specific mocap?

your always goin to have some feet slide with mocap you have to hand key it so it stays still
