Hi,

Need your help guys please, i need to Sculpt a bitten biscuit like the attached image … i used rock and various brushes and also alpha to get a real look but i couldn’t get it, so is there anyway to do?
and also need to know the right workflow to separate and texture both of the stuff and biscuit itself using 3ds max or using substance painter and 3ds max

Do you have an image of your work in progress? It may help give you better advice.
When I model, I separate geometries according to the material.
So the chocolate crumbly layer will be one. Marshmallow another. And another chocolate crumbly layer at the bottom.
To get the crumbs look, They would all have to be separate Geo. You can probably achieve that by making a custom brush to quickly populate it with crumbs.

As always in ZBrush, there are many ways to get the job done. Have a look at this similar thread about ice-cream sandwich, and my own method of doing it. It might help you out: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?p=8269245
