Do you know if it is possible to change the way of working of the curve, i mean spacial based instead of been speed base.
You can see a " making of" here , the rigging seems quite advance.

What do you mean? IK? No, there is no such function natively. There is some expression stuff on Dan Ebberts’ site motionscript.com and recently some tools from some french site have popped up here and there, but generally it’s still a lot of manual fiddling.
