How to Pflow -shoot out particles like tetris (low fps)


Hi, Anyone who has an ide how to make pflow shoot out particles at a lower frame rate than max is set?
I want to make the effect of a tetris game so every movement should be say every 5 fift frame.
Still the camera should move in 25 fps.

Ideas that i have but havent figured out how to do:

-Have the stop operator active on all frames, but off every fift frame?
-Something with pflow caching?
-Can i somehow set the integration to every fift frame?

Would be happy if anyone could figure out a way!

Use speed by icon and animate that icon with step keyframes.

Fast and sloppy.
