How to off the vertex view on mesh in maya

Hi guys…i am little noob to maya, I was recently working on an animation and while working;by mistake i switched on something and now all over the mesh vertices are seen.Because of that i cant see the mesh properly to work with.Attached snap of the viewport. Please help.Thanks

My first guess would be that you accidentally hit the display menu and toggled on polygon component display. But without the image I can’t really be certain.

Check the link to your image, it is not displaying. It may not have uploaded correctly.
