I doubt there is any single answer. I think there is alot of manual keyframing in there. I think i’m also seeing some trapcode 3D Stroke, Shine (But of course), CC particle world, Shatter effects, plenty of masking, some text presets, and more manual keyframing. If your looking to sync text movement to audio, you can always use trapcode soundkeys or use one of a few audio-to-animation tutorials that are out there. Still, I think it comes down to manually setting keyframes on the position, scale, and transparency, and working it a peice at a time.
For what it’s worth, it looks like the artist built just one or two comps for the intro and ending and just repeated them a bunch of times in 3D space.
With lots of patience, tons of pre-comps and manual keyframing. There is no magic button or plug-in. To get the beats, simply create audio previews, then hit the asterisk/ multiply sign on your numpad to add markers while it plays. of course you can use any number of plug-ins for individual effects, but it still comes down to you even having a concept of how it al fits together.
