How to install Qt for 3ds Max SDK

I don’t know how to install Qt 5.15.1. I have searched, but I only found instructions for installing Qt 6

when installing MAX SDK, Qt must be installed along with it.

depends what you want to do, I don’t have qt installed and every thing is peachy
