How to increase Active Points?

Can’t change it no matter what.

divide the mesh.
active points = how many vertices on the active subtools
total points = how many vertices on all subtools

use Geometry -> Divide
OR
Geometry->DynaMesh-> Select a Dynamesh resolution (better start off with 32 or 64 if your sculpt is brand new,otherwise multiply it by 2 or 3) ->DynaMesh

Note that Dynamesh isn’t the same as Divide though,you won’t be able to check “Lower Res” :thumbsup:

Yes, and also make sure your mesh is a Polymesh3D.

zremesher is another way, it will allow you to adjust the target polycount using the zremesher target polycount slider. it will get you close but not exact
