How to get to Member Only Forums?

I just signed up for CGS Connect membership and the welcome letter was a bunch of HTML code gibberish, but I was able to find a link to these member-only forums. The problem is (aside from the borked welcome letter) I can’t seem to find these member-only forums when I log into CGS direct. Can anyone help me? Are these the only member forums available too? I seem to recall there was more activity in the member-only areas when I had a membership several years ago.
