Hi,
I’m using the proxies method with Maya 2013, export as .mi
working just fine, with the texture assign to it,
now I can’t figure, the option if I want to edit the shader of the proxies inside the new scene,
I uncheck: Export materials
Export material assignments etc
But still no way to edit the material afterwards ,
it always the default shaders assign to the box.
(can’t tweak the shader apply to the proxies)
need to reopen to previous scene with the full geometry edit the shaders then re-export as .mi.
so,
How to export a proxies with the possibilities to afterwards edit the shaders ? (inside the new scene).
what are the options that need to be uncheck into the export selection options tab,
