how to delete multiple path layers

Hi all,
this has been bugging me for quite some time.
I usually end up having many path layers in PS.
Even if I save a copy to a jpg or PSD, the paths layers remain there.
Shift+ selecting them and deleting does not work (as it does with raster layers)
Only by going at each one individually and deleting, which is way too time consuming.
Any suggestions on how to delete all path layers in once?
