How to Create Objects in a Circle

I am trying to create a circle of objects in Blender. The “Spin” tool is not an option because it is not editable. I need to be able to create a single object and then be able to rotate that object around a point like in the image. How would I do this?

Make the first object and then apply array, then add an empty which after you add a simple deform “Bend”. The simple deform “bend” you revolve around the empty.
This way you can edit the first object and thus change the whole circle… Remember to “merge” though, otherwise it is gonna treat the object as a standalone…

you can use duplicates.

when you move the vertex’s in the circle the cylinder follows the vertex.
