how to do a effect like concentrate energy around a “CENTER” or a geometry with particles ??

You can use a gravity space warp or a spherical wind with a negative value in a force operator if you are using pflow.

with geometry a find target works well.

DRAG can be usefull for me here ?

You can use a find target with “docking direction” + surface normals.

Drag is useful to slow down particle velocity. So a drag by your place by your find target object could slow down your particles before they dock.

depending on the effect you’re really after you can do “Lock on emitter” in the position object, or if you have pflowtools box1 you can use lock bond so they stick to the surface, but can move around the surface also.

thanks man for first tip man and i´ll try to do in standard Pflow.

i want try to create a LOGO like ‘GINKI DAMA’ style
(dragon ballZ - reference first post) :

first particles have to birth from random geometries (poly)
random flow, timing, velocity, etc…
concentrate around the logo, from outside to the center
at end, stops and sticky to it

BTW,
have you did seen on the WEB some link or tutorial about my question ??

Nope, no tutorials for what you specifically want. From what it sounds like, find target would be the better way to go… OR you can more or less do the effect in reverse… so that the particles start on the logo, then go out from it… then you reverse the footage after the fact and it will look like they’re going TO the object.
