How do I save quickpick and brush settings?

Hello,
Currently, every time I fire up Zbrush I do the same exact things, turn rgb off in the smooth brush, turn lazy mouse and z intensity down in the standard brush, and select all of my usual brushes so that they appear in the quick pick?

Is there some kind of profile option or something where I can just set all of my brush settings and quick pick once and then when I next open up Zbrush it starts off as such?

For anyone else who is curious about the solution; the gracious moderator at Zbrushcentral informed me that macros were the most viable solution. Check it out.
