How do I install this script?

I have been searching for a while and still cannot find a complete answer on how to install this script in Maya.

Its supposed to add a custom toolbar called “Normal Tools”.

The documentation is dead and running in MEL yields no results. Can anyone help me out here? I am at a loss.

I haven’t used but putting it inside your scripts folder and running it with migNormalTools() should do the job, like every mel script out there.
