How do I edit water in VUE 6?

Still learning to use VUE 6 and have only got passed the first “Kickstart” tutorial. Now I’m curious, is there any way to edit the water infinite plane? Or is it just a matter of changing the water texture?

Your only options on editing an infinite plane are adjusting the height (up or down) and the material settings.
