How can the eyes follow the Head Joint


Hi guys,

I am trying to rig the eyes of my model. I rigged my character with the Auto Skeleton in Maya, so no joints for the eyes. I made an eye controller that controls the eyes with Aim Constraints. And I parented the controller to the Head controller, so that it moves with the head. The eyes rotate when the controller moves but they stay in place when I move the head.

Any ideas?


okay guys, I just solved it, I dont know if it was because of symmetry or what, but i turned it off and parented one eye under the head controler and then the other and it worked fine :slight_smile:
