How can I baked simulated spline to static spline in R26?


Hey guys…
I’m trying to simulated some rope from multiple splines in C4D R26
at the end I’m trying to baked it all to static splines so I can use them as based mesh for my x-particles geo

I’ve tried to cache and then ‘current state to object’ to the splines yet it keep coming back to the form it was before simulated
I’ve tried the connect object trick and instances stuff

any suggestion for this?


Try caching the sim in the usual way before doing ‘current state to object’.

Failing that see if you can do a point level animation bake. Try exporting the mesh at the frame you need.
