Hi,
When i am trying to create an effect, houdini ALWAYS prompts me to select the geometry on EVERY node. its kind of annoying but i can’t for the life of me figure it out why it keeps doing this.
I am creating the nodes in the nodeview, not in the viewport, so i dont understand why it keeps harrasing me like this

group -> PROMT
spring -> PROMT.
some help would be greatly amazing
Sounds really strange. Do you happen to have a screenshot? Which version and have you tried a different build?

I had to start the whole project from scratch, but it works now.
apparently i hit a shortcut or something by accident which made that happen.
i started learning houdini about a week ago (on and off work in my freetime)
