Hooking rgbPP with Per Point Emission Rate

hi guys,
I’m trying to make fireworks using per point emission technique,but the problem I’m facing is that I’m not able to get a separate color value(RGB) for each burst trails. I’m following this good thread

which is giving me separate RGB value for each burst,but when I’m emitting particles from that burst I’m not getting the same color.Is there any way I can fix this.
