Intervain:Thanks! I can’t wait to see your Work! All you stuff is very inspiring, i hope to reach your level one day.

So here's my start, still very very rough but a start none the less, i will probably post a pic or something of myself to show the reference a bit later..

#4

now, thats a nice start, do you have more reference images for the bust, different perspectives, or do you improvise?
Can we see the Base-mesh please?

#5

here is a small update…

Moonangel: yeah i got some shots of the sculpture from different angles, so it’s very helpful, but i need to try and find a lot more though…
And here is the base mesh, done very quickly in Maya like 5-10 minutes… Very basic but it works.

nice progress zakk! i should start this too!

#7

Thanks Max You should get in on this thing.
anyways here is a pic of myself so there’s some reference to go off…

#8

nice progress so far.
Maybe my only crit so far is: It looks like the arms are cut off when theye were raised up. And in this position it’s not really plausible that the chest-muscles have this much volume.

Not sure if it’s really important, cause not many people will look at it this way.

Except me off course :wip:

Oh, i forgot,

i find the jawbone a bit too rounded. I think yours has more and angle to it (i mean the angle that goes from the ears to the chin) and this is really missing on the sculpt. IMO this makes your sculpt have a complete different character.
