For my model, I will be modeling my niece. I have more photos of her than this of which I will be posting through out the week. She is adorable.

Luckily my brother’s wife takes about a 1000 pictures a day and sends them to everyone. Deciding which face shows which emotion will be difficult. Also, I’m concerned with making drunk work as an emotion. There are similar faces children make which I could use. LOL.

My plan of action is actually to start with the parts I usually neglect like the tongue, teeth and eyes. I’m going to have to start late because I have had a guest all week. Oh well.

I got the eyeball done today. Any comments are welcome! I will start modeling the face tomorrow.

I decided to go the zsphere way since it would be faster.

Could I see what your zspheres look like on the hands? Topology is very good in the hands. Is it the pitchfork layout or something else?

Thanks! I tend to overwrite my files as I work especially the early zsphere file. I did start with the pitchfork but I was unhappy with it and I deleted the two closest spheres to the wrist which were the ones that were attached to the pinky and thumb. I ended up placing spheres until I liked how it looked. I may still retopology this.

I started to play with forms. I will work much more with reference tomorrow. I did not feel like thinking that much.

I think she just hasn’t finished yet or hasn’t posted recent pics. Which is too bad, I’d love to see the way this worked out.
