These are the photos that inspired me to choose chimpanzees expressions . I feel that they are so cute. This is my 1st time to model an animal, I’m slow, but I will try my best to finish it on time.

When I think of Chimpanzees I think of Frodo. I understand why people in that area thought he was a demon. Many expressions to work with, good luck.

Yes, This young Chimpanzee and two white tigers are in friendship that could confuse most of those who see this photos.

Yes, The reason i chose a chimpanzee because its looks like human, and yet they have a lot of different expressions. It’s really interesting for me. i hope to learn from everyone joining this challenge. I am not sure I can finish it on time, but I will try my best.

I find the chimp to be nature’s caricature of a human. They have the same expressions as we do, only WAY exaggerated. This is a cool thread and will follow closely. Good luck to you sir.

This is the coolest thread. Bone structure looks great.
I think you just need more detail on the chimp.

Nice base, i really like the topology. can’t wait to see where you go from here in zbrush.
