I don’t know how it happened and what to do. While working on model in Mudbox 1.0 I got somehow UV merged. The original (level 0) is OK and the final (level 5) got it all merged.
Because of this I can’t bake displacement map.
Any ideas how to fix it?

did you import your High Res mesdh back into Maya ?
the displacment baking in MB should be fine
these merges looks as if you imprted the High res OBJ without setting the OBJ import options to false
