I just saw apple seed Exmachina this was a nice piece of animation ive seen its pure vision headed in the direction…just my opinion anyways…

The models in the first 3D Appleseed movie were done in Lightwave (and animated in XSI), so maybe even this time.

I said no a bit early, reading further down the article it actually does mention they used Lightwave and Maya for some non-character modeling, doesn’t say much more than that though.
