Help with the modelling eyes

Hi

Attached is a screendump of my model…I have no idea how to models the eyes (eye lids etc) i want it to be sorta cartoony super hero…abit like the incredibles.

Any help would be greatly appriciated

and yes i know i shud inner extrude around the mask…i will get to that in a bit
