Hi guys,
Before anything let me tell you that I’m new to the Maya’s Dynamics so this is probably a easy/dumb question. So I created this model where I have a wall and some bricks attached , which I am using to test a few simulation. My simulation goal is when a sphere collides the wall, the bricks must be projected while the wall (mortar) must be shattered. Well I’ve tried a few things:
[ol]
I set the wall as a ncloth, add the bricks to the rigid set, and the sphere as rigid body and passive collider (ncloth) at the same time. I also set the initial condition of the rigid set as “sleeping” and turned off the ncloth gravity. The results are OK but the thing is that when the sphere collides every single brick falls (This is the main problem), when I just hit one end of the wall.
Tried the same as above but instead of rigid set I simply set as rigid body, needless to say that the bricks fall.

Used the Maya’s Physics, too heavy and a I need smooth simulations as possible since I’m going to use this in an algorithm
Main question: How can I set each brick acting for itself?( If this makes any sense
)
Thank you for your time!
P.s.: A wall screenshot is attached.
