Help with live camera and still images

I have to match an interior of a plane’s cockpit with an exterior of the plane. I have all the cockpit scenes I need to match as still images (video as well) and I need to be able to view these images along with a live camera so that I can move the model plane around to get the right angles. I use Adobe Premier and After Effects and I do not know if I can do it in these programs. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks
