Hey all
having problems unwrapping in maya, every time i try to unwrap i get this error message, could anyone help please

To build on what Oglu said, go to Mesh -> Cleanup and then select “Select matching polygons” and choose the criterion that might be problematic (Faces with more than 4 sides, non manifold geo etc)
This will highlight which vertices/faces are messed up. Correct them and it should unwrap properly.
