you should try and give more info…
eg: does it need to be animated?
eg: level of detail needed?
eg: photo / sketch of what you are aiming for.
simplest would be make a plane with lots of segments, turn poly / mesh then use bend!
or create a spiral from a line then 'extrude it outwards…
etc…
