Help Needed: UNHANDLED EXCEPTION with vray and realflow

I’m making the tipical bottle splashing liquid with realflow and vray. By the time i render the final sequence, on the fourth frame it renders comes a sign that says “UNHANDLED EXCEPTION” and practically crashes Max.
Can you think of anything to help solve this problem? Is it the mesh made with realflow? is it Vray? is it both?

Some have reported that using a point cache fixes RF mesh bin render problems, but I am skeptical because it has not fixed my high polygon RF scenes and there are no transforms in bin loads.

Try meshing with optimize on in RF, or does it happen with simple geometries?
