ok so i know its not fully colored yet, but for the part that is colored how can i get it to have a wow look to it or more finished look on Photoshop.
Im trying for a soft style, although i cant find any spot on background artists that are like this, for if u know any that would help too.
You’re asking for art lessons, basically, which is beyond the scope of this forum, unfortunately. I would urge you to look at the tutorial lesson threads stickied here, and start at the beginning.
If you put the time in, you can become a Photoshop master!
