Help I need camera tracker tutorial

Hey

I was gonna make 3D rain to add to scene with a camera in movement.
I will do this in 3D max. I need to recreate the camera movement to match the rain.
So I was looking for a good tutorial por camera tracker.

Anybody knows about one and where I can get it ??
