head attaching to another body

hi!!

i am student, i have footage of 1shot in a movie. in this shot two guys are fighting, one guy hero and other guy, i have another footage only hero with in green screen, i want to remove the other guy head, and i want to put the hero’s face in this shot, in this movie hero is the double role,

how can i do this work, i want to remove the head of other guy, and putting another guy in that face… this is small fight scene…
