HDRI Map not as crisp

For some reason my HDRI map doesn’t appear as crisp in XSI as in the original image or Photoshop. It’s a large map, i zoom in at 100% and it’s more than i ever need and very clear/ crisp.

However then plugged in XSI the image appears slightly blurred even though i have render settings at desired quality and no blur-inputs or settings whatsoever.

Any ideas?
