Despite rumbling around here for a while, this is the first challenge I have dared to enter, so I’m more than a bit nervous - but I love Ghibli so much I could resist!
I was tempted to study a scene from Porco Rosso, but I fancy dabbling in fur, and I love Totoro, so I would like to attempt the bus stop scene and possibly the image from the references below where Totoro is using a leaf to protect the girl from the rain (I couldn’t find the original artist for that image - sorry - but I really liked the cuteness of it) I want it to be more shabby looking, not quite so bright and colourful - the whole wet fur look, like a dog that’s been out in the rain. I would also like to attempt the rain, and atmospherics, but an after thought as it’s not really relevant to the challenge…
not that I will be, I’m not sure I’ll do any good to be honest, but I would welcome the opportunity to construct each other
