thanks for clarification , i got confused cause every one started a thread did a regular base mesh and some challenges required good loops
hopefully i’ll jump in
good luck all
I have a question: can we do a face setup for a game production? I know that’s not something that looks like “a scene that we might see in a cg movie or a commercial” but it’s possible that some might want to take a real-time approach to this challenge, if possible. It is really the end output that’s different, especially if we still have to generate high-resolution morphs for normal maps.
Just wondering. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to jump in too. This sounds like a fun challenge
Edit: should have posted in the FAQ topic.
I dont see why not. As long as you do all elements from scratch, you can do the work anyway you want.

Whelp, here's my entry. It's my first time doing the HMC, and barring the late night last night trying to get all my renders in time for the deadline (I'm going away this weekend) I've thoroughly enjoyed it.
I’m also currently rendering an animation of all the expressions. Hopefully I can put it up on vimeo soon!
Lessons learned:
1. Likeness is hard, and maybe not the best added complication to add to an already difficult challenge.
2. My laptop really needed replacing.
