When the arm is raised, the breast will get pulled in that direction and flatten by a noticeable amount, and how much it will flatten depends on the size, shape, and firmness of the breast. The larger and less firm it is, the less it’ll flatten, because in that state, it is more separated from the rest of the body in terms of how much pull the skin around it has, as well as its own mass defying control by surrounding connected areas.
Your corrected version isn’t bad, especially that she’s clothed, so we won’t see the effects of that breast being pulled flatter as much.
